I am very disappointed in the staffs lack of concern on my recent visits. I have been going to Dr Martin for over10 years. The staff make you feel like you are bothering them. Don't try to call unless it is to make an appointment. The doctors/nurse do not get back to you and when you call back the staff gets defensive. You are told to make an appointment which costs money for every visit when most issues can be discussed over the phone. I was recently charged for blood work when it should have been 100% covered by my insurance. If you are looking to find a family doctor don't waste you time here.

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met
