I've been here a few times and the staff seems to be ok, friendly most of the time. However, the Doctors don't seem to know exactly what's wrong. I'm always told to get a scan here or there and that can be expensive. Also I told the Doctor about a concern I was having with my feet and she never really gave me an answer as to why that was happening. I might look into finding another doctor.

The worst Dr. EVER!!!! I came in just for a wellness checkup and the receptionist couldn't figure out how to verify my insurance (bcbs, the most common ins. there is) so they told me that they would not reschedule me an appointment because I wasted the dr.s time!!!!! I finally got another appointment (after begging) and it was for two days later and then when I get there she starts yelling at me because she has to wait on hold with my insurance........ really!!!!! and then she tells me that I don't even have an appointment? that's two days that I missed out on work and they say I wasted there time!!! im sorry you couldn't make your boat payment off me! I will never go back to this dr. even for a scratch because im sure I would leave with an amputation!! This is the worst facility EVER and I will never return and I will spred the word about what a quack this place is!!!

I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through. This provider has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number. They just have a basic listings page. They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. The one thing that want to point out is the lack of customer service. I paid for a visit along with my insurance, and I have begged and still no Rx called in for Gout. This was the reason for the original visit. I am stillin paid and no GOUT meds after 1 week. I has to call the answering service 4 times to get a call back from Dr. Tomlinson. Ridiculous. I feel he is milking my insurance and my pocket book to get me to come in for another office visit before he will call in meds. There isnt anything for him to tell me that he can't tell me over the phone. The results of my test are in. Someone called and told me those over the phone. I even got a copy of them. And I can't get a simple med called into the pharmacy. It is ok. I have contacted my insurance and requested they not pay his claim. I have filed a grievance with them. And I want my copay back. I am also reporting him to Board and CMS. And I will be sure to share my experience with my friend that used him and anyone else that will listen. How can you expect to stay open if you can't treat something as simple as GOUT. If I wasn't in pain, then it wouldnt be a huge deal. But gout is painful. Dr. Tomlinson did call in a narcotic but that just masks the problem. Perhaps the newspaper will help get the word out. Sad, sad, sad...no matter how you look at it.
