In the three visits I made to this office, I experienced incompetence, filth and a total lack of empathy.
Firstly, the rooms are filthy. Along the walls, there is an inch of dirt and dust accumulated from lack of cleanliness.
The wait was never shorter than half of an hour and on two occasions stretched to well beyond an hour. The staff is in no way knowledgeable. It appears as if he hires them directly from nursing school. And isn't that what you want? A trainee drawing your blood?? One of the girls stuck my daughter 6 times before she got a vein. Now my child is horrified any time someone mentions the word 'doctor'.
Dr. Williams is an appallingly bad doctor. He is inattentive, on each visit clearly not listening as I explained the symptoms my child was experiencing and prescribing the same combination of drugs for three very different ailments. After each visit, when my child failed to improve, I elected to take my daughter to a real doctor and pay cash for adequate care. After hearing of the diagnosis and treatment prescribed by "Dr." Williams, the legitimate physician recommended that I file a complaint and opened up a space for us in his patient registry. He was so appalled that he took it upon himself to call my insurance company and insist that he be our primary care physician.
In my opinion (and in my new doctor's opinion) this man is thoroughly unprofessional and should not be practicing medicine.
If you value your health, RUN, RUN, RUN to any other doctor than Baltimore Williams.

The magazines in their waiting room were so boring. It made my time in the waiting room drag. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They would not leave me alone, and kept suggesting that I buy products that I felt were completely unnecessary. They told me a little bit about my treatments' risks and benefits, but I still didn't feel like I knew as much as I wanted to know.

I couldn't believe how cold it was in their office. I was honestly starting to get numb from the cold. It felt just like I was outside in the snow. They had some annoying music playing in the background here, but it didn't bother me much. It was pretty quiet. The staff here was rude and unwelcoming. Totally not a family environment at all. They never made any effort to follow up with me after my visit and it made me feel very unimportant. I know they see a lot of patients, but when you say you're going to follow up, you should.

I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily.
