The first time i had to go to Dr. Gonzalez i waited almost 2 hours to be seen not to mention that i was there with my then 2 year old daughter. It was a horrible experience. The doctor saw me for like 5 minutes and that was it. I've had so many problems with this office due to needing a referral to be able to be seen by other doctors Ex: OBGYN.

Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. Their office equipment seems fairly current. I was comfortable with it. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them.

Because of Dr. Gonzalez's thorough examination, she was ablet of find out my medical problems when other doctors had missed it for over ten years. She is a Great doctor!!!! The personnel at her office have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them.
