They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me.

No, I had to leave I was so distressed

Yes, there is a definite trend of overbooking here

Not at all! They exceeded my expectations

Not one bit! I felt much better when I left!

Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her

Yes
Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call?
I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places
Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant?
Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately
Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office?
Yes, they were immaculate!

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away
