I told them up front that I would be paying with cash because I had high deductible insurance. However, they still required me to provide my SSN, Birthdate, Insurance card and wanted to copy my drivers license. And, if I had paid with a check, they would have had all of the necessary information to empty my bank account at the local bank.

For anyone concerned with the possibility of identify theft, you should avoid doing business with this office.

They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. What I really loved was how friendly the doctor and staff were here. I felt so welcome and will definitely be with them for the long haul. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more.
