I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. I wouldn't think twice about sending my friends and family here. They are very good at what they do. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all.

But sadly, his business staff lacks curb appeal and doesn't go the distance to make sure you are getting what Dr Paul suggests to them to get for you. They are pretty much mostly Spanish and have a tendency to help only their own which results in laziness for the rest of us patients. Nobody offers to pull your chart to see what has been dictated or updated, they just look at you and say I don't know, I don't know...I don't get it Dr Paul!

The chairs they had in the waiting room were average, What I really loved was how friendly the doctor is. Dr. Paul really listened and treated me like an intelligent person. I will definitely be with them for the long haul. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.
