When I told them about my situation, they were somewhat understanding, but they could have been more caring. They didn't try very hard to understand where I was coming from. I definitely think that I could have gotten much better service somewhere else. I was amazed at how poorly they treated me. If I compare them to others in their field, I wouldn't say they're the worst, but they're definitely not the best. Their prices were pretty high, but I've had to spend more at other places. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there.
