My family and I have used Dr. Mark Cline for over 15 years. His staff along with the Dr. Hannah and Dr. Carl have ben nothing but respectful and on top of everything. I have NEVER had a moment to where I have called them and I don't get straight to one of his nurses or I get a return phone call. Over the years Dr. Cline's staff has always been very courteous and wiling to help meet my needs and the needs of others. You were never enter his office and get a rude response form anyone. They are truly a great group of people. Most of all Dr. Cline and his staff are a great group of Christian people. Their respect for others is remarkable along with their respect for each other. If Dr. Cline is in question about something he will go over and beyond to answer it or find you the right care you need. You will never be disappointed in his services.

I know that Dr. Cline has gotten mixed reviews around town. The positives: he is very friendly, caring, and his office is clean and comfortable. The negatives: he is very popular and sees a lot of patients, so sometimes you have to wait for a while or have a short appointment.

Overall, I would recommend him for basic healthcare needs. If you have a serious condition, I would probably find somebody else (at least for a second opinion).

This person should not be a family practitioner. They are so rude and unfriendly-I will not be returning! Their office equipment seems fairly current. I was comfortable with it. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. They don't treat their clients equally at all, me and my family have been seen him since he opened, so we would be VIPS in some eyes but guess what-he doesn't care. He wants you in and out so he can make his money per volume. He told my mom she had cancer and to get her affairs in order pretty much then we went for a second opinion to found out it was nothing. Now my dad had been feeling bad for awhile and to see Cline several times about it, kept pushing it of as iron deficiency and he's a male-he begged for another appoint and was turned away. He now has stage 4 kidney cancer that has spread to his lungs and brain. The doctor we have been to since say that with the evidence someone should have caught it and could have prevented the spread. This doctor has stolen years of my fathers life from me...I just hope he can do it to no one else.

No, if they had music on it was very soothing
Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment?
No, they were ready for me right after I arrived.
Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit?
Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable
