I had to wait a while after I arrived for my appointment. The staff didn't even keep me updated about how much longer it would be. They need to treat their staff with more respect. They weren't overly rude but they could have been a lot nicer. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered.

What I really loved was how friendly the doctor and staff were here. I felt so welcome and will definitely be with them for the long haul. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. I wasn't worried about their equipment. It was safe and well taken care of. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long.

I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them.

They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time.
