I had to skip some of the questions. I was a first time visitor so they did not have a chance to recognize me. I just went in for a regular physical, the organization I work for sends all their employees to him now, that could say something good. Tiffany who answers the phone is very nice. When she has to put you on hold she doesn't just leave you on hold. She'll come back to report what's going on every once in a while. When I went Dr. Sheppard was on Vacation, but his Nurses all knew what was going on, and he had a Doctors Practitioner there that was very professional. I went in for a common physical, but it felt more advanced with the equipment they had than other types of physicals I've had in the past. All in all it was a good experience, the wait time was not too long. The only thing that's difficult is getting a date to see him, but only because he's so respected by the community everybody is always making appointments with him.

Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. What I liked was how friendly the doctor and staff were here. I felt welcomed and think I will be returning. I was happy and relieved that they were able to answer all of my questions. I felt like I got a good amount of information. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it.

I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about new medications the doctor had prescribed to others and seeing excellent resutls. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have.

Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. They always dress professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered.
