I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. One thing that I don't appreciate, is that they close exactly at their scheduled time whether someone needs help or not. I can't count on them to help me if I show up even a couple of minutes past their closing time. The chairs they had in the waiting room were average, I would say. They weren't amazing but they weren't totally uncomfortable either.

Not at all. They saw me but didn't greet me at all

Not at all, I didn't notice a smell.

Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything!

No, they weren't very knowledgeable
