I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation.

I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance.

Very unhappy with this health care provider. Making appointments was not easy. I always had to wait after my appointment time before I saw Dr Kathuria. Expensive tests were ordered that I was not made aware of resulting in a large out of pocket expense. After consulting other physicians, these were considered overkill. Hospital tests were recommended that also were very expensive. No mammogram scheduled but a breast ultrasound instead that was not covered by insurance. Prescription was not refilled until I had seen a specialist. Left this Omni clinic and have found a new doctor that won't order expensive unnecessary tests or hold my prescriptions hostage.

They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. The chairs they had in the waiting room were pretty high quality. I thought they were nice and comfortable. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged.

THE OFFICE IS EFFICIENT AND PLEASANT, DR. KATHURIA IS THOROUGH AL BIET A BIT FAST DURING HER VISITS,.,SHE DOES FOLLOW UP EVEN WITH PERSONAL PHONE CALLS. THAT IS UNUSUAL.
