I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. The staff was extremely warm and welcoming, and made every effort to make me feel right at home. They are so friendly and inviting.
