Dr. Granger is very helpful and available. I've been going to him for about 11 years now. He takes the time to answer any questions I have and he talks to me about what's going on. He fully explains conditions and medications, and when he uses medical terms he explains them. He actually sits down to talk to me, which tells me he is truly interested in the patient. The only suggestion I would have for him would be to ask more questions about the patient's lifestyle and habits. Sometimes people are afraid to tell a doctor things and if the doctor doesn't ask, they won't tell.

The staff is adequately friendly and helpful, if a little brusque at times. Also, there seems to be a lot of personal stuff going on with the staff, i.e. friends and family members coming to visit. Not really appropriate for a medical office, with HIPPA regulations, etc.

The office is located in a strip mall, so if you know where the mall is, it's easy to find the office. Outside parking in the parking lot; usually adequate parking near the office entrance. Safe environment and area.

The staff was extremely warm and welcoming, and made every effort to make me feel right at home. They are so friendly and inviting. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance.

They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I have already sent so many people here. They truly deserve more recommendations than I can give! As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated.
