Orders expensive un-needed tests, does not comply with insurance providers, so patient winds up paying full cost. does not inform patient of test results. Been waiting over 6 months for results of an expensive test, that I have to pay because they did not send an authorization to the Insurance company. have called them every week for results and to send authorization. LONG wait time and very un-organized office.

Crazy, unprofessional in the office. Broken equipment...they don't know what their job is. Like they hired first year students to draw blood and such.
