Dr. McCarty appears be a compassionate doctor who tries to take excellent care of her patients. That being said, she has been absent a lot from work, and her office staff has failed to notify patients. I have found that the office staff promises to return phone calls and does not. It is also difficult to make appointments. Sometimes the process can take 20 minutes. I have unfortunately found crucial office mistakes.

Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all.

I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I get the appointment time I want most of the time. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions.

The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are.
