They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. What I liked was how friendly the doctor and staff were here. I felt welcomed and think I will be returning.
The disappointing factor was the billing office charged me for fees that should have been covered by my insurance. And they did refuse me an appointment since I refused to pay for their error. I submitted paperwork showing corrections to their errors as well as supporting documents from my insurance company. The billing office is rude any time I've talked with them and refuse to correct their error. I had to find a new doctor after a decade.

Had a unexpected billing issue with this provider. Front office staff were impatient and course. Got stong impression they would not allow me to keep my appointment until issue was cleared up on the spot so I left and found a different provider. Doctor is friendly and very knowledgable but front office staff need to be purged.
