I witnessed him being terribly rude to an elderly couple. The man was pushing his wife in a wheel chair and he was yelling ( no I am not exaggerating ) I told you don't bring her back her until it's done. The 70+ year old man cried leaving the office with his lip quivering. I never went back after that day.

Dr. Jim Alexander has been my doctor for most of my life. His wife started working in the Marion office around the time I moved that direction for college; I have seen her ever since. I currently live in West Frankfort but happily drive to Marion to this office. The staff is very friendly and patient, and I couldn't ask more of a doctor. She listens to my questions and complaints and really tries to come up with a solution that works for me. They always seem to get me in when there's an emergency and they take very good care of me. The office is very clean and modern - it doesn't look like any other doctor's office I've ever been in! All in all, I highly recommend both the office and doctor here - they are phenomenal!
