They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The time in the waiting area and in the room to be seen by the doctor is LONG as HELL.Sometimes I had to wait 2-3 hours to get out of that office

Their office equipment was in good shape and looked very current. I felt like everything was very safe. It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves. They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. 4 HOURS IN A WAITING ROOM,YOU CERTAINLY WILL NEED A DOCTOR AFTER THAT ! THEY STOP PRESCRITIONS WITHOUT NOTICE AND CARE LESS IF YOUR WITHOUT IT. WOULD NOT REFILL PRESCRIPTION UNTILL A VISIT,WHICH WOULD BE IN TWO WEEKS.I ASKED IF THEY COULD REFILL MY MEDICINE UNTILL I GET DOWN THERE,THEY SAID NO. I TOLD THEM THAT WAS NOT THE CORRECT WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS.THEY SHOULD SEND A POST CARD OR CALL WHEN THEY WANT YOU TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT,NOT JUST STOP YOUR MEDICATION AND NOT REFILL IT.THE RECEPTIONIST SAID THEY ARE TOO BUSY TO DO THAT . THE RECEPTIONIST ALSO SAID I SHOULD HAVE KNOWN BETTER TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT EVEN THOUGH MY HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE WAS UNDER CONTROL. I CHANGED DOCTORS NOW,AND WHAT AN IMPROVEMENT.LESS THAN 1 HOUR I WAS IN AND OUT , AND GOT MY PRESCRIPTION FILLED.
