First visit: The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I felt a little pressured to buy products, but it wasn't overbearing. Had to wait in the exam room as with any other doctor. The doctor was quick in his exam and diagnosis, either because he was very knowledgeable or because he was in a bit of a hurry -- not sure. He recommended a package of tests, including blood work to test for diabetes and cholesterol, which are more for overall health than for my symptoms that day. When I couldn't afford them, the staff did every thing they could to find a way for me to receive care.

What I really loved was how friendly the doctor and staff were here. I felt so welcome and will definitely be with them for the long haul. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them.

I've only been once- just got insurance for the first time in 8 years- and I have to say, I'm pretty picky about doctors after some of the experiences I had. I did have to wait a bit for the good doctor to read through my extensive, nearly 1" thick pile of medical records, but this showed attention to detail and I was glad to wait. During the appointment, he listened to my concerns, accepted input without having his ego bruised, and was extremely attentive to both my short term and long term well being. Highly recommended.

It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of.
