I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs. The chairs they had in the waiting room were average, I would say. They weren't amazing but they weren't totally uncomfortable either. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have.

They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners.

The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it.

I have been going to Dr. Baker for about 2 years. She is very helpful in answering questions, and the staff as well is very friendly and nice. Like most doctor office expect to be there a little longer, I have waited for her to come in for 5 minutes to 20-30 minutes. Again like all doctors offices, call first to see if your insurance is covered...thats common sense. The facility is nice and easy to find, the waiting room is cozy and welcoming. Its a great place for kids as well as adults.
