Don't see this doctor because he doesn't care. I have only seen him a couple times because my primary doctor was let go by Fairview. Only twice was enough for him to totally mess up my disability insurance claim. He made it perfectly clear he didn't want to fill out the paperwork that was sent to the clinic. He barely spoke to me, didn't examine me, but sent in paperwork that I could return to work even though I am on SS disability and have been for 2 years. He didn't even care enough to inform me that he had sent this information. He has no 'bedside manner”, and has the personality of a rock.

Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away!

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

Yes, they made sure I had everything I needed!
