Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. They make no effort to make me feel special. I don't think they appreciate my loyalty to them. In quality vs quantity, the almighty dollar prevails in this office.
