No respect or dignity given by this ‘doctor’ to me as a patient. “Fired” by her in a certified letter sent because I had the gall to send an email expressing disappointment at not having meds called in for refill after visiting her. Some other staff people treat you as if you’re beneath them. A totally non-supportive atmosphere.

My son was giving the wrong vaccination at his 1 year wellness vist. Her nurse Sally called after there office hour ended for the day. Asking me to contact them as there was an issue my son visit. I called several times before getting a return call. Sally said we realy sorry but we gave him he wrong vaccination, we had to call the Heath department an file a report an see what the side effects. They have my one year old a shot that should be given to a child entering school.

I went in to get my son his physical for the first time and she didn't even do a full physical she assumed he was OK without doing the proper diagnostics. I've gone in a few more times for my son and was completely ignored. I was not asked why I brought him in Rebecca went and asked my son who is 7 and went by what was said by him. Which can be a good thing but children and misinterpret was needs to be said. What topped it off for me, I went in to get a pap done and it turned out I have HPV, I never in my entire life had an STD nor did I ever thought I'd get one as I am highly conservative. I was made an appointment for some kind of procedure, I didn't know what the hell it was. I started my period so I asked would it affect my appointment, the nurse that picked up asked around the office if me being on my period was going to affect it, the whole place doesn't need to know my business, but she said no it wouldn't. So I go into my appointment and my name was called and I went to the door and asked again just to be sure, I have anxiety so i double check everything. This nurse looked at me with this awful look like I was stupid so I had to justify why I didn't know and that I called to make sure and was given the wrong information but what really bugged me during this entire situation was that my business yet AGAIN was put out to where it was heard by the entire lobby. I have never been so embarrassed in my entire life.

Briefly, but they didn't make an effort to help me

No, they are almost always unavailable

Definitely not. They seem to care more about themselves

Not at all, I feel like they're constantly ready to give up on me
