They were so easy to reach. They answered my call immediately. Doctor even gave me an after hours number (personal) in case I had an emergency or if I was worried/scared about some test. I left a message that was not urgent, but she called me after hours to discuss my concerns frustrations over a different office . It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. When you go to the doctor, you can feel rest assured that you will SEE the doctor and not a physicians assistant. The doctor is smart, listens, and is very thorough and proactive. You get a sense that you are not a number and that they care about YOU the person and your life. The office is conveniently located and easy to find. The staff is a reflection of the doctor. The staff very personal and attentive to your concerns and needs. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation! I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else!! They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. I;m impressed by the short wait. Not more than 10 minutes. I can only imagine that if they are ever behind, it's most likely because a patient really needs the extra time.

Dr Saxena is wonderful, IF you can get to her, front desk/phone help is very rude. Looking for a new doctor because of them.

Somewhat, but I didn't feel like they cared about my needs

Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!

Somewhat, but they need a bigger selection

They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. I have already sent so many people here. They truly deserve more recommendations than I can give!
