No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Definitely! They always call me back very quickly!

Every time I'd ask a question, it seemed like they were annoyed and didn't want to give me an answer. I understand they're busy, but they should really treat their clients better. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. It never fails how long I have to wait on hold when I call them. I'm always put on hold forever and I find myself not even wanting to call.
