Dr. Okolocha is a good doctor. He listens to his patients and his bed side manners are excellent. His staff the receptionist and the lady that helps with your insurance is HORRIBLE. They are RUDE and when you have a medical issue and in pain they get smart with you and leave you on the phone forever.

I am seriously thinking about switching doctors because of this. There attitude is so GHETTO and they have no concern for the ill. My only wish for them is that they experience the pain that their patients feel and see if you are in the mood to be disrespected. I give the doctors and his nurses 5 stars but his receptionist area gets a ZERO.

The phone rang a lot and it was really annoying
