Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

They're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question.

They didn't show enough attention to detail; I was afraid they were going to miss or forget something important.

I didn't feel listened to very much at all, I'm afraid. And the staff there treated me like cattle, rushing me around. It felt very Soviet Russia, like I was just a number. This has happened repeatedly with this office, so it's not just an "off day"... I have given them the benefit of the doubt a number of times, knowing that these are tough times... but, yeah.

I kept waiting for a chance to be looked at in the eye, so I could speak, but there wasn't a chance to do so... and I had things I wanted to talk to them about, and felt like I was given the bum's rush. It was frustrating in that way. They don't seem to handle sensitive patients very well at all, to be honest.

Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. It helps that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it.

I do think this is a caring outfit, at least at the top (the doctors, not the nurses), but for whatever reason(s), they don't have the time/inclination to see patients that have potentially complicated issues.

If being a scheduled in for an appointment quickly is a priority for you, and if your issues are pretty straightforward, this might be the practice for you.

They do have loads of experience, I give them that much, because it does count for a lot. As for me, as much as I respect this doctor (and I do respect him so this review hasn't been an easy one to write), I'm saddened to say that after many years being their patient I think I'll likely be looking elsewhere - something I don't do lightly.

But... I can't get around the fact that I need a certain minimal quality of care, and to be taken seriously. I regret to say I have not found it at this practice, one that served me well for many years - when I was healthy.
