This is the best Dr. I have seen. Above and beyond to my Dr. She has ๐Ÿ a wonderful Dr. Very professional. Also very Carrying as I'm going through the hardest time in my life losing my second child. Thank you so much to the staff at this office.

They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. I hate the phone system. I want a human!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. This is why I am leaving this office.

Every time I call them I am greeted with an automated answering service and then after a minute has passed I finally know what button to press. When I actually get in touch with a person they put me on hold for up to a half hour! To get in with the actual doctor (the only doctor) you have to wait 3 weeks and then on the day of your appointment you wait 40 min to an hr to get into the exam room and then you wait even longer. The doctor then lets you tell him all your symptoms and he only address some and ignores the others. I always feel like he just jumps to conclusion and takes a guess then prescribes medicines that give horrible side effects that can be life threatening. The doctors he refers me to are hard to get in touch with as well. The staff is rude and also jump to conclusion. I called about back pain that worsened after I had worked at the vet clinic and could barely move because of the pain and they told me I have to go see a workers comp doctor even though it wasn't the cause of the onset of pain. All in all after about 7 years of going there I'm fed up and even though I have some current medical problems that need immediate attention I REFUSE to go to that office.

They definitely weren't easy to reach in an emergency. I was forced to call the emergency room in the middle of the night and was really scared. Don't call this provider if you're in a hurry. Every time I call I have to wait on hold forever. I think I got a gray hair the last time I was waiting. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid.

They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. Sometime difficult to get a live person on the phone...very automated phone when calling Dr.'s office.
