The doctor always gives me his full attention. He is a great doctor. Unfortunately, you have to get past the woman answering the phones to see him. She is shockingly rude. After eight years of putting up with her complete lack of compassion I am changing doctors. I just refuse to deal with her.

I saw the doctor on my lunch break and got in and out of his office very quickly. Then I sat and watched his receptionist order chinese for ten minutes and she didn't even acknowledge there was a person at her desk. I called once and asked what date my last appointment had been and she literally refused to look it up. This past experience I needed to get in quickly and she informed me there were no appointments that day- then she HUNG UP on me. My husband called and asked why she had hung up on me and she lied and said I had hung up on her. I called and asked why she had lied and why was she being so rude. She said she wasn't going to argue and hung up on me again. I have been a patient for eight years. I have always paid my bills on time. I refuse to deal with this any longer.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back.

Dr. is willing to discuss treatment options and is open to exploring other ideas regarding this.
