The answering service was horrible. The rude woman who answered the phone, would not give her name, then wanted me to call back on Monday just to get a fax number

The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. Almost every time I visit, I have to remind them who I am, why I'm there, and what my circumstances are.

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met
Is this provider's business conveniently located?
Absolutely! It is right off the freeway and close to everthing
Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment?
Definitely! They always remember me and make me feel important!
Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit?
No, if they had music on it was very soothing
Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit?
Not one bit! I felt much better when I left!
