Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. The chairs they had in the waiting room were horrible. I was so uncomfortable; I wish they had put more thought into patient comfort. I did not feel safe at all in their care. I definitely had doubts about their qualifications. One of the first things I noticed about this business was that they were not handicap-accessible and offered no means for handicapped individuals to enter the building. There were barriers everywhere making it practically impossible to get in the front door. They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed.
