They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. A member of the staff at the window named Sherry is very loud, unprofessional and rude. Dr Shpilberg is the best, but Sherry needs to go. I transferred my records to a new Dr because of her. When I told the Doctor he blew it off.
