The staff was extremely warm and welcoming, and made every effort to make me feel right at home. They are so friendly and inviting. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. Whomever was the Anonymous person with the comment before I have no idea where you would get that from. Seems like you have something personal going on within your own life and need to reevaluate! Let me give you some advice... Enjoy life! :)

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

Yes, they went above and beyond

Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

Never. I don't think they care about helping their clients save money
