They were late a few times to my appointments. I wish they had made more of an effort to be on time. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. They made no attempt to follow up with me after my appointment. It isn't a big deal, but it does say something about the overall atmosphere of the office.
