I have been seeing Dr. Meadows for quite a few years. He always has a smile on his face and is very cheerful. He is one of the few doctors that I trust and feel that he has his patients best interest at heart. During the appointments, he always gives his full attention and spends as much time as needed to answer any questions I may have. His staff is very courteous and even calls to follow-up. He reminds me of how doctor's used to be, when they cared for patients as a person and not just a number.

I have never been so disappointed in a health care professional in all of my life. I booked an appointment to have a comprehensive medical review because I wanted to take responsibility for my health and have a full evaluation before getting extra psychological help. The staff knew that I am very fragile and in a vulnerable state of mind as I explained my situation to them when booking an appointment. I live an hour away from the location but left early to make it by 2pm for my 2:30 appointment. I was told to come at 2pm to fill out paperwork but was never told of any kind of policy they had at that time. After going to the wrong location (an address I found online), I called their office and was not given clear directions, but I did inform them I would be a few minutes past the 2pm mark. I ended up arriving at 2:15 (still 15 minutes before my actual appointment time). NO staff member said anything to me about my late arrival at that time, so I filled out my full and very revealing medical history and paid my co-pay. I was called back around 3:15 (waiting 45 minutes) to be told that the physician would not see me because I was 15 minutes late! I was 15 minutes early!! And had all my paperwork filled at by my 2:30pm appointment time. Anyone in their right mind would be furious and the truth of it is I am not in my right mind at this time and was really hoping to get a professional opinion and find out if my health had been affected. I truly think this physician is a disappointed to all physicians and did not uphold his professional obligation to "do no harm" as I walked out of the office in tears and a more fragile and vulnerable person than when I walked in.

They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.

Yes! It was effortless!

Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them

Never. I don't think they care about helping their clients save money

Sometimes, they should allow for more time in between appointments
