I have never had any problems at any physician office. Dr. Susan Manella office staff are not friendly at all i have never met a office staff that’s rude. The front desk is the worse!! The eye rolling and they don’t even look at you. Their like miserable it feels like their doing you a favor being there.
I have been going there for many years and it’s been bad very bad for the last three years. I hope I can find another place that makes me feel welcomed.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

When I first started here they were very nice and lovely. The Doctor has continued to be great! However the front desk reception has become more rude. They have a poor attitude and are not friendly! I called and was running late I offered to reschedule and she said no that's you can still come. So I get there and she was rude and would give me give answers. Three people before me then another so I got up and asked how much long and she rudely told I was late so and I told her thats why I offered to reschedule and she should have told me that I could come but I would have to wait if someone didn't show up.then when I confronted them suddenly they were able to get me right in to a room Not to mention I saw her point at my chart and tell them not to take me because I was late. I am thankful I am moving because iI would never go back after the couple times of horrible reception problems I have had. The doctor is great but the front needs some major attitude adjustment.
