First of all the office manager never returned by call to set up an appointment. I called at 11:00 am and had to call her back at 2:00 pm and she said she would call me back. I called again at 4:00 pm and she said she was going to call me. I said don't bother since you couldn't call me back or even ask why I needed an appointment or when I needed this appointment by. I was very disappointed in the care the office offered me and I wouldn't ever go there or recommend them. I don't think they care at all about my concerns. My experience here was truly horrifying. The staff here was rude and unwelcoming. Totally not a family environment at all. I felt like they didn't really care about helping me.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
