I had to wait a while after I arrived for my appointment. The staff didn't even keep me updated about how much longer it would be. I definitely think that I could have gotten much better service somewhere else. I was amazed at how poorly they treated me. When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I will never return. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through.

Never, they are very reliable.
Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary?
Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special?
Yes, I always enjoy my appointments
