They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff was friendly enough. I always feel like Dr. Fralicker pays attention to me and spends time learning about my ailments and offers professional advice in a easy manner. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.

Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for.
