I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them.

Doctor Freuhan runs a very busy walk in clinic. It can be a madhouse at times and I strongly suggest you take a book. This one bad point is well overcome by the excellent, professional, no nonsense care you are given. I have had 4 doctors in this area tell me they call Dr Fruehan when they have questions out of their realm and they trust him thoroughly.

He will and does call a spade a spade. If you want it sugar coated go elsewhere. He is open all kinds of hours, early on week ends and I have had 7:00 pm appointments during the week. It's great if you can't miss work.
