Our last visit.... Our daughter had a follow up appointment to get a shot. But of the morning of the appointment she wasn't feeling well, nausea etc. but no fever. My wife had called to notify them that we wouldn't be there for the appointment which wasn't with trina but the nurse. I was told previous that we didn't even need to see the Dr it would be in and out. My wife was then told that because we were missing the appointment we would be charged a 50.00 fee and that there was no exception god forbid we be hospitalized or in danger. My wife was told to speak with the office manager whom would call her back. Note that the office manager wasn't even in the office but another location.. Also note that Trina mentioned to me that she was listening to the conversation while the receptionist/worker took the calls about this situation. The appointment was at 10 am well I decided to take my daughter to the appointment. I didn't want to be charged 50 dollars.. We arrived at 10:15 and waiting for them to decided to see us or not about 30 min. After I had talked to possible new patient in the waiting room about " make sure you are ever late for or miss an appointment because of the $50 charge" he the informed me "he was great at making his appointments and was always 15 min early." nothing else needed to be said and he left. I was then seen almost immediately by trina. Huh. She said I was hurting her busuiness and I should apologize and was not her usual friendly self as she had been for the last 5 years.. Well I wasn't gunna appologize for what I said. Now don't u think someone who has appointments every 15 or 30 minutes someone doesn't come in then the dr would then be able to see the next paitant sooner who comes in early for there appointment or does the Dr say wow I get a break for 15 make the next one wait. Well Trina told me they couldn't fill the time. I didn't understand this anyway that's how they can make more money or be done by lunch without it eating into the next appointment. So there I was with Trina and I was felt belittled and made to feel bad for the what I had done.. What had I done I made it 15 min late for a canceled appointment with a daughters that didn't feel will but didn't have a fever. Out of frustration after a 20 minute discussion agreeded to give my daughter then shot she needed. And I was "told that if it wasn't gunna appologize I would have to find a new Dr" So there it was all my fault and I was hurting her business and after 5 years of mind u great SERVICE I was befuddled and belittled. After she left the room not 5 min later the nurse came in gave my daughter the shot she needed and we were out the door. This appointment was a simple walk in get the shot by the nurse and be gone gone haywire. We didn't even need to see the Dr for it.. I'm not sure when they started the new $50 fee for missing anappointment. But even when we got there late for the appointment not to see the Dr but nurse for a simple shot went off the wall. Neededless to say her new riches seem to have gone to her head in my opinion and picking and choosing patients is easy she has lost sight of the service she provides her patients. Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Dr. Martin is not a bad Doctor, but her Office Staff are the worst there is and unprofessional. They do not get their work done, you call, put you on hold without making sure you are having an urgent issue. Overall, worst office staff I have ever encounter.
