Try to get the Dr to call you personally Good Luck looks like his phone calls get screened and you get blocked by the Nurse heads leaving a return call for Dr B, had to wait almost 2 hrs one day when Dr B was on vacation, We were shuffled like cattle

I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. They seemed like they were using fairly modern treatment methods and procedures, but I'm not really sure. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain.

Their office was nice and quiet. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. I find Dr. Braeutigam extremely qualified to takre care of my family and I. He has been our provider for over ten years. I trust him.

They weren't that clean, but weren't filthy

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately
