The doctor is wonderful and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, you have to deal with ignorant and rude nurses to get to him. They went through great lengths to keep me from seeing the doctor at all, having instead to see only a nurse who didn't know the answers to my questions. When I remained firm on having questions answered by the doctor, the doctor's assistant slammed the door on her way out and I could hear her talking angrily in the hall. After having some tests run, the nurse on the phone said I may get cancer and said (I'm not making this up) "I told you so." But the facilities are clean and new and in a nice area.

The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered.

Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. What I really loved was how friendly the doctor and staff were here. I felt so welcome and will definitely be with them for the long haul. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me.
