They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places.

No, its really far from the freeway and other shops

I am retired Civil Service, retired on disability. They have no problem having me come in every three months to refill my medications, and they have no problem accepting a
payment from my BC/BS of upward of$175 for this 15 minutes with the doctor, but each time I have had an emergency I have had to deal with rude employees. I made an appointment with the DOCTOR because I have injured my knee, which has a chronic problem, but was willing to wait three weeks to see him, rather than go to ER, Medstop or see a nurse practitioner. When asked if they could accept a check postdated from Dec. 29th until Jan. 1st when my automatic deposit would be in, just for the $20 copay, I was treated like a third class citizen not a patient whose medical doctor should be concerned with their health. My veterinarian has more compassion for my sick or injured animals. They will hold a check for two weeks! After the staff hung up on me twice, I demanded to talk to the office manager who agreed to let me postdate THIS TIME! I intend to tell the doctor that if $20 is more important than my health, I will definitely find another doctor.

They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. The staff was extremely warm and welcoming, and made every effort to make me feel right at home. They are so friendly and inviting.

The chairs in the waiting room were of the highest quality. I was so comfortable while waiting for the appointment. I have never seen a coupon for this provider, nor do they ever have specials or promotions going on. I don't think they like to help people save money. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. The staff was friendly enough, but I expected more of a warm welcome from a family practice. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking.
