Dr Basden is an outstanding doctors that uses all of her training as a physician to truly understand the patients illness or injuries and treat them accordingly. Very professional!

I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed upon arrival but chose to stay and patronize anyway being a 1st timer. The reason for my visit was second opinion basically and the questions I had were not answered. All that was discussed, I already knew per I provided needed informatin myself. I felt like the initial wait was way too long to have been sitting in an empty lobby upon arrival, but didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment once called back. I got an appointment quickly. I was never asked to buy anything. They were pleasant but not a very professional front office staff. Back office staff was superb! I did not have a problem with the MA who called my child back and triaged him for doctor.
The front office staff acknowledged our arrival at the window but unprofessional in way of male friend displaying cell phone use in my prescence and he was in street clothing behind desk just hanging out in the beginning of my new patient sign in with my child. Our identification was not returned and as a result promised to replace and renigged once I returned to the office for funds to replace identification. I was very annoyed and will not return to this office not only for this reason but for all other included. I work in a medical office facility and I know superior service when it is given. In this case NOT!!! Very Disappointing.

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

Never, they are very reliable.
