I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. I was happy and relieved that they were able to answer all of my questions. I felt like I got a good amount of information. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting.

Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.
