Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

When I called to question about an interaction between 2 of my mother's medications, the doctor made me feel like I was an idiot for asking. However, her health was greatly compromoised because of his failure to acknowledge there could be a problem!
