Their staff was not rude, but they didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. The doctor was argumentative and rude. I did not feel comfortable in his presence. I would not recommend this doctor or practice to anyone.

Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Dr. Tod R Reel, MD is very unkind and impatient. He is very rude and does not have a bedside manner. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone. He would not take my pet to this doctor. Please do not go to the office of Dr. Tod R. Reel you and your family deserve better.
